
Anke Fähnrich studied biochemistry and received her PhD at the University of Rostock working on phylogenetic analysis of the genus Nicotiana. From 2012-2105 she worked at the institute of anatomy, University of Lübeck on the collaborative research project "Plasticity and Sleep" from the German Research foundation. Here she established the analysis of T cell receptor repertoires in lymphoid and nonlymphoid organs of mice and humans by Next-Generation-Sequencing.
Currently, she is part of the Group for Medical Systems Biology lead by Prof. Hauke Busch.
