Linh Ha-Wissel completed her master's degree in Medical Engineering at the University of Lübeck (Germany) and Harvard Medical School (USA) in 2012. Subsequently, she graduated with a medical degree in 2018. During her doctoral studies, she conducted research at the Cutaneous Biology Research Center (CBRC) in Boston, USA. In 2019, she joined the Cluster of Excellence Precision Medicine in Chronic Inflammation (PMI, EXC 2167). Currently, she works as a resident in dermatology and clinical scientist at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). Her academic interests include non-invasive imaging modalities.
Title of her doctoral thesis: Fractional ablation of skin using carbon dioxide laser, carbon monoxide laser, and thulium fiber laser: A comparative study.
