Chiara Walczyk studied medicine at the University of Szeged (Hungary) and moved to Lübeck in October 2019. She is now continuing her studies at the University of Lübeck. Chiara Walczyk joined the Hundt lab and the Research Training Group (RTG) in order to test the effect of different kinase inhibitors in the human skin organ culture, for better understanding of the pathogenesis of pemphigus vulgaris and identification of novel therapeutic targets.
The title of her doctoral thesis: Testing the effect of kinase inhibitors in the human skin organ culture.
