Luise Janusch studied medicine at the University of Göttingen for two years and changed to Lübeck in April 2019. After her second exam in April 2022, she joined the LIED in the working group of Prof. Dr. med. vet. Jennifer Hundt. There she is working on the 3D skin model of human skin. Her focus is to learn the performance of the model, the optimization of the model in terms of culture conditions and using the 3D model for serological diagnosis for pemphigus vulgaris and pemphigus foliaceus.

The title of her doctoral thesis is: Optimization and exploitation of a 3D model of human skin for translational use.
