Luca Zillikens studied medicine at the University of Szeged (Hungary) and moved to Lübeck in October 2020. He joined the Hundt lab and the Research Training Group (RTG) 2633 in order to test the effect of different ion channel inhibitors in the cell culture, for better understanding of the pathogenesis of pemphigus vulgaris and identification of novel therapeutic targets.
